The loyalty scheme is aimed at Gundam model kit collectors and will provide returning customers who like collecting multiple model kits the opportunity to gain additional bonuses and discounts for their repeat custom with gundamnation. This will also eventually lead to the inclusion of free models and additional benefits.

It will cost £6 to join the scheme and this will provide the customer with a number of unique benefits as well as the opportunity to make specific requests for hard-to-get items. The benefits for loyalty customer will be as follows:

1. Earlier updates of new items coming to Gundam Nation and the right to reserve and/or pre-order such items before they are released for general sale to the public. This basically means that when I get wind of a new item, you can order it literally hours after I have found out about it myself and as such will not be disappointed if stock of a new item runs out before you were able to purchase it.

2. Access to special offers and discounts on new gundam kits for early purchases and orders and the option to e-mail requests for specific kits that are currently out of stock or you may have seen elsewhere but want to see if I can get it cheaper.

3. Membership card and a dedicated section of the web site. The members of the loyalty scheme will benefit from an exclusive log in section for the site which will enable customers to hold items up to one week before payment is required, as such; customers can also build-up orders during this time to save money on postage.

4. The points award system. This is essentially the backbone of the loyalty scheme and will provide members with the opportunity to collect points for their purchases and receive FREE items in exchange for their points. The full details of this system are as follows.

Customers purchasing certain types of Gundam model Kits will receive a points value for each item and can collect points in order to be exchanged for free model kits, modeling accessories or even discounts off other products throughout Gundam Nation. 1 Points is awarded for all High Grade (HG) kits. Please note that not all Gundam kits are seen as HG so please refer to the modeling guide to see which kits fall under this category.
2 Points will be awarded for any purchase of a Master Grade (MG) Kit and 3 Points will be awarded for purchase of any Perfect Grade (PG) Kit. Below is a list of what each number of points can be exchanged for, it is worth noting that this scheme will only benefit long term collectors who like collecting Gundam Model Kits on a regular basis, it is probably not suitable for one off buyers as no major benefit will be gained from the card. I am aiming to provide fair prices on all my kits, but for those customers willing to support me in my dream of working in anime long term, I am happy to provide these extra benefits within the loyalty scheme.

10 Points = Any Un-graded (less than HG) Kit worth up to £10 or any 4 Gundam colours (paints) for FREE.

25 Points = Any Ungraded Kit or HG Kit worth up to £25 or a 10% discount of a total purchase from Gundam Nation (This offer includes all items, not just Gundam Kits) for FREE.

50 Points = Any Kit up to MG worth up to £60 or a 20% discount of a total order.

90 Points = Any FREE Gundam Kit including all PG variants and limited editions up to the value of £140 or a 33% discount of your total order.

Please note that all rewards are based on original Gundam kit prices, so any on offer are excluded from being rewards unless their original selling price falls within the eligibility for a free item. Also note that once you choose to use your points, they will be reset to 0, therefore in order to achieve the maximum point’s total (90) you must save your points up.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Points will also be awarded to loyalty members on a quarterly base so you can receive a helping hand on getting your free kits and/or discounts. Because this is a pilot scheme I am only limiting it to 40 members. This will obviously grow over time if the scheme proves to be popular, so in the meantime it is a first come first serve basis.
