Now the Force Impulse wasn't my favoruite Gundam design (probably because I loved the Freedom so) but Bandai's MG release of the Force Impulse is a true masterpiece and a fantastic kit to have. The Impulse Gundam is formed by three main parts, namely the Chest Flyer, Core Splendor, and Leg Flyer. Core Splendor's cockpit can be opened to insert an in-scale sitting pilot figure and additional landing gear are provided for both the Chest Flyer and Leg Flyer as a original gimmick that's never seen in the anime! These little extra's help to give the kit a fantatsic and more technical look. Also the Force Silhouette pack carried by the Silhouette Flyer (also included) can be attached to the back of the Mobile Suit to complete the Force Impulse Gundam. As well as the very intricate sections of its body and flight pack the kit comes armed with some heavy weaponry, including an anti-ship laser sword, a beam rifle, extendable shield, and two beam sabers. Unpainted 1/100-scale figures of Shinn Asuka and Lunamaria Hawke are included along with the usual foil stickers, dry-transfer decals, and marking stickers. A seriously lovely kit and one i'd recommend.
