We are pleased to inform you that our system has been optimised to work without the need for cookies. All processing is done server side.
To place an order we will require and keep the following details: your name, address, telephone number, order number, the date of your order and the status of your order. With your descretion we will also record your gender and age, however these fields are not required and are only used to help us better understand who we serve. There are only three ways we capture your details and all of these are done with your consent only. When answering a questionaire, placing an order or becoming a member. In all cases, only fields marked with an apostrophe are required.
We hold the information that you entered at the time of placing your order, on our own private systems. This information is only used to allow us to process & ship your order, or contact you in case of any difficulties. We will not pass your information onto any third party. Additionally members of the loyalty scheme have the additional information recorded about them: backdated items requested and order requests of stock exclusivly availble to members.
We are happy to completly remove your details from our system at any time if you email us the word REMOVE from the email address you signed up with. If you wish only to be removed from the mailing list either use the link in the emails we send you or email us the words REMOVE FROM MAILING LIST. We will then only contact you in regards to orders when absolutly nessecary.

External Packaging Policy:
Here at GundamNation.com we aim to send all our products in ‘as new’ condition and as such we cannot accept liability for external packaging that has been damaged during transit. However all our products are sent via a recorded means of delivery and are insured. In such cases of damage please inspect the products you receive carefully before signing and accepting them as again stated we do NOT accept any responsibility for such damage via transit. Warning of Choking Hazard on GundamNation Products:
Please not that all Gundam Kits contain very small parts and as such carry a CHOKING HAZARD and are NOT suitable for children under 3 years old. Additional items sold within GundamNation.com should also be treated as having the same warning apply especially in the cases of Gashapon. GundamNation accepts no responsibility for the inappropriate misuse of its toys and asks that all customers persevere to ensure that our products are not placed within the wrong hands.
Self Assembly Damage Policy:
The majority of products sold on GundamNation.com require self-assembly, this includes all Gundam kits, Gashapon, and any other such items within the site. GundamNation.com assumes no liability for products that have been damaged due to incorrect assembly. We here at GundamNation.com recommend to all customers that you view all the instructions carefully and pay close attention to all the diagrams within the instruction manuals provided.
