Please browse through the various products on the site and click the add button to place items into your shopping cart. The cart will be visible on the top of every page and a reduced version can appear on the right hand side for ease of browsing. The cart also displays the costs of delivery and grand total for the items held in the current shopping cart. Once you have decided on your items of purchase or at any point during your browsing you can view the entire cart by clicking on the checkout button.

The checkout displays your entire order and delivery costs, here you can review and/or amend your order by following the on screen instructions. After checking your order you can choose to log in (if an existing member/unless already logged in), or if you are a new customer you can fill in your details for the transaction. This includes name, delivery address, telephone contact and a password choice. Once completed click proceed and you will be provided with your details, please check the accuracy of this information (if incorrect click change) and then proceed to select your preferred form of payment from the drop down menu that is adjacent to your details.

You will now have the option of paying by credit or debit card (see home page for details on accepted cards), paypal or by paying via cheque or postal order. Once you have selected your method of payment click proceed to continue your transaction.  Customers choosing to pay with a credit or debit card or by paypal will be redirected to PayPal's secure server (by clicking on the PayPal Icon) and be asked to follow the onscreen instructions. YOU WILL NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, HOWEVER PAYPAL WILL HANDLE THIS USING A SEPERATE FEATURE ON THEIR SITE. Once payment has been sent you will receive confirmation of your order and it will be sent out according to our specified dispatch times (see below). If you selected the cheque/postal option, you will be forwarded to instructions on how to pay for your order using these methods. Please note that orders can only be dispatched after payments have CLEARED and therefore payments via cheque and postal order will take longer to be delivered.

Delivery Costs & Information:

Delivery costs are calculated on weight and value of the items and are divided into 7 bands. Please read the information below to see the cost your items will be charged at based on their type. All delivery types and costs below are based on Royal Mail 1ST Class recorded delivery and will require a signature upon receiving the item unless otherwise stated. We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 working days however this estimate is based on Gashapon orders and singular item orders. Multiple items and/or large orders will require up to 7 working days to secure (but we're usually faster than that).

RATE 1: Gashapon Rate - - - > As Gashapon items are fairly light weight and inexpensive; the delivering cost for these items is based on estimates of 100g increments.  Basically the more you order the cheaper it works out; up until you reach 500g in combined item weight. Anything heavier than 500g is based on RATES 3 or above.

The initial charge of delivery for any singular item is £2.00 (i.e. 100g). Any additional Gashapon items will increase the delivery charge by £0.25 up to a maximum of 4 items (i.e. 400g), any more than four items and you move onto RATE 3 or above (See Below).

For example if you order 3 items of Gashapon it will cost £2.50 (£2.00 + £0.25 + £0.25, or 100g × 3 = 300g), but if you order 7 items  (100g × 7 = 700g) it will fall into the heavier categories and follow the guidelines of RATES 3-7. This system has been placed in order to save you as much money as possible since it’s a bit unfair to pay £3 postage if your item(s) only cost you a few pounds originally.

RATE 2: Tools and Light Items Rate - - - > Most tools and light items weigh between 300g to 600g. If the weight of one of these items is below 500g, then it will be based on the Gashapon rating system and will cost between £2-2.75. If the weight of the item(s) equals or exceeds 500g then it will be based on RATES 3-7.

RATE 3: Any other items (not Gashapon or tools) weighing 500g or below and has a value equal to or less than £50 will have a flat rate delivery charge of £3.00.

RATE 4: Any items weighing 501g - 1000g (1 Kilogram) and having a value equal to or less than £50 will have a flat rate delivery charge of £4.50.

RATE 5: Any items weighing 501g - 1000g (1 Kilogram) and having a value of £50 – £500 will have a flat rate delivery charge of £6.40. (This is a next day royal mail special delivery service requiring a signature)

RATE 6: Any items weighing 1001g to 2000g (2 Kilograms) and having a value of £50 – £500 will have a flat rate delivery charge of £8.25. (This is a next day royal mail special delivery service requiring a signature)

RATE 7: Any items that weigh more than 2000g (2 Kilograms) and/or have a value of over £500 will be sent via next day to '48 hour' delivery courier for a flat rate of £9.50.

Returns Policy

Damaged Goods, Errors and Shortages:
All goods sent by GundamNation.com require a signature on acceptance; please ensure that you have adequately inspected the packaging of being in good condition before signing for any packages sent to you. If there is any form of damage on the product, or there are any shortages and/or omissions please contact orders@gundamnation.com within 2 days of the receipt of the product(s) for a FULL refund. If we are not notified within the allotted time period it will make it increasingly difficult for us to deal with your order and refunds may be jeopardised.

Refunds and Prior to Receipt Cancellations:
If any products from GundamNation.com do not arrive at your specified delivery address within 60 days or that the received products are not those ordered by yourself then you the customer are entitled to a FULL refund upon return of the incorrect goods (if applicable). However if the customer wishes to cancel the order prior to receipt of the product(s), they must contact GundamNation.com within 59 days of the original order date WITHOUT having received the product. It may be noted that some cancellations may occur whilst the product is in transit to the customer, in such cases the cost of returning any of the products is covered by the customer and is not subject to refund. Additionally any refunds made via cancellation will be subject to 10% less of the original invoice amount. This is to cover any Electronic Payment Transaction Fees faced by GundamNation.com and to cover the costs of administration. In cases of refunds or cancellations please contact Orders@GundamNation.com within the specified times and you will be mailed with instructions on how to proceed, in cases where a return of goods is required please see the below section for details.

Returns:
If for any other reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase (other than any of the aforementioned reasons) from GundamNation.com you may return the goods at your own expense for a refund less any original postage costs within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Any period over 7 days will be seen as the customer accepting the product in the condition it was received.

If you wish to return your items within the 7 day period you must send an e-mail to orders@GundamNation.com and provide the following details:

1. Your Gundam Nation transaction ID
2. Your Paypal invoice number (if applicable)
3. The Name(s) of the item(s) to be returned
4. The reason for returning the items
5. Your loyalty scheme number (if applicable)

Once we have received your notice to return your items we will contact you via e-mail or any other reasonable means of contact you specify with the details of how and the address of where to return the goods to along with a unique product Returns ID. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Returns ID email; however you may choose the option of having GundamNation.com arrange for the collection of the goods from the yourself. It should be noted that the cost of such collections/recovery would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

All goods to be returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, this includes all supplied accessories and manuals. Please ensure that you take reasonable care to ensure the goods are well packed and not damaged whilst in your possession or while in transit to us. GundamNation.com will take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
 
GundamNation.com will refund the cost of the returned goods (minus any charges as outlined within the returns policy section) within 30 days of receiving your request to return or refund items; however this is based upon GundamNation.com having received the returned goods within 21 days of your receipt of the original product delivery.
We aim to return all refunds using the same method used to purchase the goods from us. However, under certain circumstances we may elect to use an alternate form of payment.
