Hey Gundam Fans, a quick announcement to let all you folks know we'll be attending our final show of the year this weekend. Our usual spot has moved to the right hand side wall near the front entrance and as always we'll have a nice range of gunpla and some mecha dvds to boot. Hiya Fans, it's been a super busy year for us here at GundamNation and we intend to top it of with the biggest show and biggest stall of all at the mighty London Expo. We will be attending this Octobers show on the 28th-30th at the Excel centre, Victoria Docks, London. We also intend to bring our largest ever stock take to the show to fulfil your Gunpla needs. Hiya Gundam Fans we've got some awesome news for you for July starting with 2 brand new shows. Firstly we'll be attending @rcade Con at the D4 Hotels Dublin on the 1st - 3rd July and we are also extremely happy to announce our attendance to the mighty Hyper Japan 2011 show. For those of you who don't know Hyper Japan is a huge show held from the 22nd to the 24th July in Londons Olympia 2, the show is dedicated to all things Japanese from cultural works, food, anime and tonnes more, whats more it's run by a Japanese company and has the direct attendance of some of the major companies in the manga and anime world in attendance. If that wasn't enough GundamNation will be in attendance in full force with a truly Epic amount of stock! So what you waiting for, Grab your tickets while you can! (Our July Newsletter will post more info on the shows for anyone who fancies learning a bit more about them). Lastly a large re-stock will be arriving in the first week of July so straight after @rcade con we'll be updating again to satisfy all you gundam-hungry fans out there. Whew! Hello Gundam Fans, after a very adventurous month attending new shows abroad we’re back on home turf to attend the almighty London Expo. Held on the 27th-29th May (yep its 3 days long again!) at the Excel Centre, London Royal Victoria Docks, it’s going to be an amazing show and we have some awesome news for Gundam fans. We have over 70% of our long out of stock back catalogue back in stock and ready to bring to the show. All remaining kits will go live on the site after the show and we also have a whole host of goodies not featured on the site yet so we look forward to surprising you all at the show. A new month mean new events and we have two more this March. Firstly the longet running UK anime convention returns as GundamNation attend Minamicon 17 at the Novotel Hotel Southampton on the 18th-20th March. This will then be followed by Expo's sister event Memorabilia at the Birmingham NEC on the 26th-27th March. We'll have huge amounts of stock at both shows and requests are welcome, looking forward to catching some of you there soon.

Hiya Gundam Fans, this month we'll be attending our last 2 events of 2010, namely Memorabilia (20-21st NEC Birmingham) and the Entertainment Media Show (A.K.A Collectormania on the 27th-28th Olympia 2, London). We will have new stock not listed on the site at both shows and this will be the last chance to pick up or reserve kits before Christmas in person so hopefully catch you there.
Hey Mecha fans, today we have loads of exciting news. Firstly we’ll be attending two shows this month, Eirtakon (Dublin, Irleand, 15th-17th) and the London Expo (Excel Centre, London, 29th – 31st). Next is the awesome news of the in time for Christmas release of the much wished for PG Strike Freedom, and lastly we have the addition of the new Real Grade kit from Bandai and a Code Geass favourite for you fans out there. Whew, I’m off to stare at pictures of the Strike Freedom, enjoy!

Hi there Gundam Fans, after a very busy period of attending shows we’re finally free enough to update the site and to kick start our return we’re attending 3 events this month with the first being our usual haunt of Amecon (13th-15th August), which this year is held at Keele University. We will also be attending the new London based Japanese arts festival the week after and we’re finally crossing the ocean to attend our first con outside of England, namely the Dublin held Nom-Con (27th –29th August)! We also have some cool new kits for you fans out there including the awesome new additions from Gundam Unicorn, have fun y’all.
After a seemingly endless series of delays (sorry about that folks), our re-stock has finally begun turning up and we have loads in store for all you fans this month. Firstly the site will be updating from today and to make up for it we’re attending 2 events this month, both on the weekend of the 26th-27th March. The first will be at Kitacon (which also runs on the 25th) at the Park Inn Hotel, Northampton and the second (which I’ll be attending in person) is Memorabilia at the NEC Birmingham. Additionally our competition for £50 vouchers is still running till the end of the month so hurry to grab your chance to win a whole host of free Gundam Goodies.
It's been a while but we're back with lots of news for all you Gundam fans out there. First off to celebrate the 3rd year of GundamNations continued success we'll be giving out 4 lucky customers the chance to win £50 vouchers off the kits available on the site. Any orders placed between today and the end of March will be eligible for 3 of the vouchers and 1 will be randomly selected from previous customers. Also we will be getting in new stock shortly and have loads more goodies to come so check back soon for more udpates.
Hiya Gundam Fans, just a quick note, we’ve had a recent influx of requests about the PG 00-Raiser so we thought we’d post all the info we have for you and info on how to order. We will have a ready supply of the kit within the next few days. The initial supply of the kit will have limited edition action bases that can support either the full PG 00-Raiser or the separate units together on one base. Bandai has no plans to release these bases with future orders, much like the Astray Red Frame Parts. Also the clear parts that can be obtained with a voucher in fact have to be paid for separately if you want them as Bandai are limiting them to one per customer per kit so if you’d like these placed alongside the order of your kit please e-mail me at info@gundamnation.com. Please also note we have new info that suggestes if you want a truly clear 00-Raiser you must use the clear parts whilst building the kit and not attempt to switch them out later. Hey here Gundam Fans! It's been a while but we’re back and with some exciting news. Firstly let me say a big thanks to all our customers/fans and friends that came to see us at the London Expo, it's always great to see old faces and meet new people. We would like to also announce our attendance to Memorabilia in Birmingham on the 22nd-23rd of November. Also we have finally launched our brand new online forum (sorry it's a bit late folks), which will allow Gundam, modelling and anime fans alike to exchange ideas, swap techniques and photos and generally improve the experience surrounding the active Gundam Community. Anybody is welcome to join and we'd love to hear your opinions on the site and your ideas on Gundam and anime. We will also use the forum for updates and future stock announcements so watch this space (just click on the button on the right to join). Also our Christmas run up of stock will start soon and kits will be re-stocked and added over the coming weeks. The event will be running from the 25th-26th October at the ExCel Centre and we will be bringing with us our usual huge array of Gundam Kits and Mecha related merchandise. Hello there anime fans, it has been far too long since my last update so I thought i'd give you a quick infobite to let you know whats going on over the next few days. Firstly let me say Amecon was a huge success and we loved the fans, the atmosphere, the con goers and generally the whole experience. Amecon 08 marked our 1 year anniversary in the anime industry and we are proud to say we are doing better than ever. We also wish our many prize winners much fun with their many kits and dvds. Next I have some quick messages and then i'll be back to update soon, we will be attending Alcon at the beginning of next month from the 5th-7th September so if you have any requests for kits let us know. Also we have a huge stock update coming your way so watch this space. Lastly we sadly have had to cancel this months Gundam Sunday as we have scheduling clashes, but hopefully we'll be back next month with a huge number of extra kits for all you fans to enjoy. What can I say, London Expo was an amazing success this year and we here at Gundam Nation couldn't have done it without you the fans, so a big Thanks to all of you out there who came down to support us. Hey There Anime Fans! We have some good news and some bad news folks. The bad news is that the Royal Mail has altered is postage prices and 2 of our Special Delivery rates have changed from £6.00 to £6.40 and from £7.75 to £8.25. But fear not as we have managed to reduce our maximum shipping rate from £12.00 to £9.50 which means that no matter how much you order, you will never pay over £9.50 for an order! Oh and on a quick note, I am working on our next re-stock and it should hopefully be up in the next fortnight so keep checking back for our next monster update. Take Care Now.

We here at GundamNation have been busy getting all the things ready for our January re-stock and we have a lot of exciting announcements for you.
Firstly we are proud to announce that GundamNation is now the official online Gundam Specialist for the award winning TokyoToys.com. For those of you who aren’t in the know, Tokyo Toys is a
UK
based anime retailer who deals in almost all things anime (apart from Gundam Kits of course!) and what’s even better is they have a dedicated London based anime store within the Trocadero in Piccadilly Circus.
As such we at Gundam Nation are even more pleased to announce a monthly event held at the Tokyo Toys London store where Gundam Nation will be in attendance. Gundam Sunday will be held on the last Sunday of every month and fans of the mecha scene can pop by to the store and check out some of our large selection of kits in person or even arrange for pick ups for your items and save money on postage. Phew! So far we have been informed about the following minor annoyances:
1) Changing the page resets the search when you search from the top right hand side search bar.
2) We are aware that you cannot confirm your membership. Don't worry we will contact you.
3) Product codes with hyphens ( - ) do not seem to display their large pictures on internet explorer.
We now accept payments using paypal, debit and credit cards. Please note you do not need to have a paypal account to use this service. Have fun shopping guys!
Call off the search party - stop worrying - loose sleep no longer - Gundamnation.com is back! Yes after a most unexpected delay we have finally moved to a more reliable host. For you this means you should never find the infamous 'internal server error' when logging onto Gundam Nation. However like Santa's elf's, Gundam Nation's admin have been hard at work behind the scenes. Hello there guys n gals, what can I say, the London EXPO was an amazing show with huge attendance and we were completely swamped. I would like to start be saying a HUGE thank you to everyone who attended over the weekend and paid us a visit especially those of you who just couldn’t stay away (you know who you are). We are now pushing to get GundamNation launched and fully operational by the first week of November and will be mailing all questionnaire fillers soon. Also our re-stock has been delayed for a few weeks so my apologies to all the eager fans out there but fear not, in order to make up for our late re-stock we will be adding not one, not two, but 3 entire ranges of products meaning an update of over 30 new products and we all know one of them has to be the newest series out there Gundam 00. Until then we shall aim our best to complete the site and get all the features ready for you all. But remember, all contact e-mails work so if you have any ideas, questions or suggestions please let us know, otherwise enjoy the site and well catch you soon.
Hello guys!!! Been a while, sorry about this late update, been going crazy trying to sort out my bills and boring stuff since we got back. Well where to begin, day after we got back from holiday we went straight back into the convention scene and attended Alcon. This was a convention set up by the guys at anime league and although it was a new (and therefore small) event it was a good laugh. I got to meet a few familiar faces and some new people got to see what we are all about. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the Alcon committee, gophers and most of all the fans who showed up and gave support to us, we thank you guys soo much and just wait till we are fully operational, we’ve got a lot of surprises in stall for you.
On the note of being fully operational here’s a quick breakdown of what’s going on:
Firstly sorry about the change in name but we we’re going to be trading under the names GundamNation to make it easy for Gundam fans to find us and also GAnimeNation to show other anime fans that we stock other stuff. Secondly, we are slowly expanding our stocks and are going to become a specialist retailer of not only Gundam but Gashapon (Japanese Capsule Toys [see FAQ for more info). Lastly we are going to be filling in the site over the next few days on the build up to the MCM London EXPO on the 20th and 21st October after which we will be fully operational and finally able to take online orders (Fingers crossed anyway). We're aiming to have all the products online by the 1st of October and the credit card and Paypal facilities up and running for straight after the EXPO.
London EXPO will probably be our last event for a while so we hope we get a chance to see all you guys soon. We also went to the Midlands EXPO a few days back and it was great fun (our biggest display yet) but we're aiming for bigger and better things so keep an eye on us and well be sure to keep you guys happy. I have also decided to add a small anime review under the Gundam guide (which still needs adding :p, I promise ill get it done soon), which will feature odd comments I have about new anime and some recommendations I would pass your way. For some more info on our anime likes please check out the about us section, otherwise that’s about it. This goes out to all the wonderful people who attended the Amecon and helped support my dream of working in the anime industry. What can I say guys, for my first con it was fantastic, I loved how enthusiastic fans were and I learnt so much from you all, and the costumes . . . wow! Special thanks goes out to all the staff and gophers for the event and those select few who helped me rescue the days takings when my cash box broke open outside Charles Wilson, you guys are stars!
I was seriously amazed at the quality of the costumes and the great feedback I received from all the fans. I can’t wait for my next cons at Alcon and the MCM EXPO in Telford, I hope to see all of you again some time in the near future.
A few quick announcements now guys, some of you may know that ill be on holiday for a few weeks so the site will be inactive from till about mid September, after this all of those that left me their e-mails will be informed of the new stock and full version of the site which will contain the actual products and the correct prices. The current site is still in the testing stages so any ideas can be forwarded via the contacts page.
Secondly I have left a contact number on the site for Leicester customers to arrange pick ups of products directly from me, this will be on voice mail till I return but I will try and get back to anyone who has any anime queries, just check out the contact us section.
Finally the site will be migrating to a new name and will be known as Gundamnation.com, hope this doesn’t confuse you guys too much, but don’t worry ill still be stocking lots of other stuff in the future but Gundam kits sort of dominate my stock at the mo. Gundam Nation will still link to the site so you don’t have to remember too many names. Also there will be some hidden surprises coming up soon so stay tuned for new products, offers, events and lots lots more.
P.S. I just want to say one last thanks to all the fans that visited my stall at the con. I couldn’t have been prepared for the warm reception I received from fans and I will always be striving to get the best deals, prices and items for you guys because you all really made the whole con a wonderful experience. I also want to quickly say sorry for not seeing anyone at the other events in the con, my partner and I own 2 rabbits and we had to rush back to let them out for their days exercise but, we will try our best to make it to other events in the future (also there is a clue as to one of the surprises for the site in this paragraph). Welcome to the official opening of Gundam Nation!!! For those of you that aren’t sure about the history of the site or are just curious please check out the about us section otherwise lets get to the good stuff.
This site aims to provide customers with a unique and tailored approach to fulfilling your anime needs. At the moment I am currently only stocking a large selection of Gundam modelling kits and currently I believe (apart from e-bay) I have the most varied collection of Gundam kits available in the UK (But don’t quote me on that, you know someone’s going to get me for that comment :p).
But for all you other fans, don’t be disheartened, I am also stocking various other merchandise ranging from figures, key chains, modelling tools, scrolls, dvds etc. and will expand greatly over the next year or so. What I need from you guys is ideas, I want to know what products you want or are looking for, what’s hard to get and what you’d exchange the clothes of your back to get (no undressing please). I want to provide you the customers with the things you want and at a reasonable price. Also I am running a trial based loyalty scheme that will provide some customers (mainly Gundam or modelling fans) with special offers and discounts for those willing to pay a small membership price, however this is only on a trial bases and is currently limited to 40 people as the services being offered are, well . . . check out the Loyalty Scheme link if you’re interested, but remember its first come first serve so don’t be disheartened if you don’t get it this time round, there will be other chances.
Finally, some of you may or may not know that this site a precursor for the first anime dedicated store in Leicester, the aim is to be opening up shop before October 2008. As such I will be based in Leicester during the next year so for those of you lucky enough to reside in old Leicy, you can waver delivery costs and pick up any ordered items in person by contacting me in advance and arranging collection, please refer to the Leicester customers section for details.
