Well basically it’s as the intro said, I am currently living in Leicester and shall be here during the course of this year while the store is coming together. So I thought since I’m here I might as well offer one of the main advantages of shopping in an actual store to some of my future customers, and that’s being able to pick up your own goods instead of paying for delivery. I am based near both universities in Leicester and can arrange to meet up customers near these locations so that they can pick up their items, the high street is a bit too crowded for carrying lots of stock around so I’m afraid I wont be working there just yet, plus I have to pay for parking :p.

Also for those customers with large or expensive orders (i.e. over £10 delivery), I will offer a personal delivery service of £5 per order. This mainly applies to customers who cannot pick up the item but would like cheaper delivery than the royal mail or courier. It doesn’t matter how many items are ordered in one go, the £5 fee will encompass complete delivery to your door on or the following day from when the order is made and paid for. Please note however; I cannot guarantee this system will remain once the store is up and running, I suppose it will depend on how successful business is and whether customers in Leicester really want it to continue. Obviously customers picking up in person will have no additional fee and any customer requesting the personal delivery service must have a Leicester postcode i.e. beginning with LE.

To take advantage of a pick up delivery or a personal delivery at the reduced fee of £5, please email info@gundamnation.com and request an appointment for pick up BEFORE you make your order, I will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail to provide you with details of how to request and pay for your order so please remain vigilant. Please note that only Leicester postcodes can be delivered to, I apologise if you fall outside of this boundary.
