What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by cash, cheque, postal orders, credit/debit cards (see home page for details of the cards accepted) and payments via Paypal. YOU WILL NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, HOWEVER PAYPAL WILL HANDLE THIS USING A SEPERATE FEATURE ON THEIR SITE. Please note all orders will be dispatched upon the clearing of payments and that we do not recommend customers send cash in the post (cash payment is for local/convention/exposition customers only). Please make all cheques and postal orders payable to Gurinder S Gurm. Thank You.

Do the Model Kits on this site require glue?
The majority of kits featured on GundamNation are snap together assembly kits, basically all you have to do is remove the parts carefully from the runners and snap them together, so no glue is required.  Some of the older kits however require some gluing (or use of liquid cement, whatever you prefer) but these will be labelled specifically, also if you really want to you can glue your models anyway, it’s completely up to you.

Do the Model Kits on this site require painting?
Now this question is not as clear cut as the glue one. The majority of Gundam or other reduced scale plastic assembly kits here on GundamNation do not require painting bar those from the Un-graded Low Articulation Range (see guide to Gundam) as they come in many pre-coloured parts that snap together. However you can paint all Gundam kits to greatly improve their appearance and even paint their interiors if you want a kit to be really impressive. It basically comes down to how much you want out of the project. Personally I enjoy painting (even though I’m not great at it) as it makes the kits last a lot longer and you add a bit of a personal touch to them. However if you don’t like painting don’t fear as the majority of the kits, especially the Master Grade Kits and beyond look amazing straight after construction so don’t think you have to paint them, they will look good. Note that many kits also come with stickers and/or the fantastic dry transfer decals that can add to the overall effect of the finished product whether you painted it or not.

Are you getting more stock in?
Here at GundamNation we aim to keep all items in stock as much as possible, however this is not always achievable. We will be trying our best to ensure that we can get items in so if an item goes out of stock, we will never remove it from the site as I’m sure we will be able to find it someday. As for the re-stocking we will aim to restock as often as possible but since we are a relatively new company, it may take some time before the obscurer kits can be gotten back in stock. However if your really in need of certain ‘rare’ kits then perhaps the loyalty scheme is for you. Loyalty scheme customers can make special requests to find hard to get items or request the re-stock of less popular kits, check it out and see if it fits you. Hope that helps a little.

What is Gashapon?
Gashapon (Ga-sha-pon) is the term in Japan used to describe Capsule Toys. These are toys that are widely available throughout Japan in vending machines and are seen as popular culture amongst the many residences there. Gashapon ranges from small model statues to moveable figures, key rings, mobile phone accessories to small gadget-like items. Over the next year or so GundamNation will be aiming to expand greatly into this market and provide fans with a huge range to fill their collecting needs so stay tuned!

What's the benefit of being a member?

Why am I unable to sign up?
Memberships are capped. Once the total amount of confirmed members have signed up and the threshold is reached (currently ) no more members are able to join. This will change periodically so keep coming back to find out if you are once again able to.

Alternatively why not sign up to our mailing list - (top of the blue bar on the right) we will then email you when further memberships have been added.

How do I get into the members lounge?
If you were lucky enough to signup as a member (see above) you will automatically be logged in. You will then be presented with a link to the members area.

Alternatively, providing you have logged in, can click the members tab at the top of the page. Note only logged in members see this tab.

Great! I'm able to get to the members lounge but - I have to say - it looks very plain... hardly the world of wonders I was promised - what's going on?
Although we are now able to process membership payments electronically, the world of wonders you were and are still promised is still being developed. Members will be informed of any changes. See loyalty scheme for more info.

Which countries do you sell to?
Currently we only serve the United Kingdom. More info coming soon.
